Dental Procedures
Our facility specializes in taking care of patients who require general anesthesia sedation for dental procedures that cannot be completed in the dental office. Often these procedures are covered by medical insurance and this can be determined by contacting your medical insurance provider.
Oral Surgery
Many oral surgery procedures can be done in the oral surgeon’s office. Occasionally, the severity of the procedure and/or the age or medical condition of the patient necessitates the use of general anesthesia in a surgery center setting.
Dental Implant Surgery
A dental implant is a manufactured post that is designed to create a stable foundation for
a natural looking tooth restoration. Placed directly into the jawbone, a dental implant is the closest thing to your natural tooth.
Most healthy adults with missing teeth are able to have dental implants. Your dentist or oral surgeon can tell you if you are a candidate. In general, dental implants may be right for you if you:
•Have one or more missing teeth
•Have a jawbone that's reached full growth
•Have adequate bone to secure the implants, or are able to have a bone grafting procedure
•Have healthy oral tissues
•Don't have health conditions that will impair bone healing
•Are unable or unwilling to wear dentures
•Want to improve your speech
•Are willing to commit several months to the process
Bone grafting and placement of implants are done at our surgery center when deemed necessary by the surgeon.
Facial Cosmetic and Trauma Surgery
Most surgical outpatient procedures on the face can be done at our facility. Whether you have been involved in an accident, need orthognathic surgery, or need facial cosmetic surgery, you will be well taken care of at our surgery center.
If you would like assistance in locating a provider to perform any of the above procedures at our facility, you can call us at (417) 447-2482.
